Our Commitment to our Community

As early members of Trial Lawyers Care (TLC), an organization dedicated to providing pro bono legal counsel to victims of major disasters, our attorneys demonstrate their commitment to an ideal of excellent representation for every injury victim. We have handled numerous cases on behalf of police, fire and city workers injured in the line of duty and while off duty and on behalf of victims of New York City mass transit accidents.

Bosco, Bisignano & Mascolo attorneys represented families of the victims of the September 11th attack in proceedings before the Victims Compensation Fund (VCF) before Special Master Kenneth R. Feinberg. BBM recovered millions of dollars in compensation for the families of the victims on a pro bono basis. (No fee was charged by BBM). Some of the highest awards were made on behalf of our clients including an $8.9 million dollar award for a married male executive, a $4.2 million dollar award for a single female executive and a $1.5 million dollars for an injured New York City Firefighter.
