Anthony Bisignano is a partner in Bosco, Bisignano & Mascolo, Esqs. LLP where he helps to resolve conflicts between those who inflict and suffer injury. He is a trial attorney who has handled many major cases in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. He concentrates in the area of injured victim's rights, including construction accidents, defective products, maritime, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death cases. His practice has also allowed him to litigate select complex matters involving environmental law and real estate transactions. Mr. Bisignano has made multiple recoveries in excess of a million dollars by verdict and settlement on behalf of his seriously injured clients. He prides himself in giving personal attention.

Most recently, on a pro bono basis, Mr. Bisignano represented Staten Island families of the victims of the September 11th tragedy before the Victims Compensation Fund as part of an organization known as Trial Lawyers Care (TLC). He successfully recovered one of the highest award for a deceased single working person at a hearing before Special Master, Kenneth R. Feinberg. Currently, Mr. Bisignano is the Lead Counsel in the civil litigation involving the Staten Island Ferry Crash of October 15, 2003 that is pending in the United States Eastern District Federal Court.

Mr. Bisignano serves on the Board of Director of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, one of the most influential and vibrant groups of attorneys in the United States who fight for victims rights. Mr. Bisignano is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization of attorneys nation wide who have recovered million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, The New York State Bar Association, The New Jersey Bar Association, The Maritime Lawyers Association, The Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association and The Richmond County Bar Association where he is the Law Day Chairperson and a member of the Grievance Committee.

Mr. Bisignano has been interviewed and acted as a legal commentator on various network programs including The Today Show, The Geraldo Rivera Show, NBC, CBS, ABC and Channel 1 News. The New York Times did a feature article on Mr. Bisignano on December 10, 2003. Mr. Bisignano is an adjunct teacher at Monsignor Farrell High School where he and his partners, John Bosco and Anthony Mascolo, have used a team approach to instructing Practical Law to senior students for almost fifteen years on a pro bono basis. Mr. Bisignano also has been a guest lecturer at local organizations on various topics of Law and Society.

In his spare time Mr. Bisignano has locally coached football at the Staten Island Pee Wee Football League, baseball at the South Shore Little League and CYO Basketball and Track at St. Joseph/St. Thomas. He and his wife, Kathy (nee Mooney), have four children, Anthony Bradford, Alexander, Nicholas and Christian.
